Death is known as “the great equalizer,” and it’s something inevitable that everybody deals with at some point of their lives. We may not know where those people who have past are for sure, but they are still in our hearts.
Losing someone can be really difficult, but as Dr. Seuss once said “don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened.” Be grateful for the time that you had with them and look back at the memories that you’ve made.
Silence might help but, talking or crying it out will help you feel more relieved, because you letting your feelings out and not holding them in. Being alone may help some people, but try talking to someone who has had the same problem, it might really help you. If someone cares enough to help you or give you advice, take it because this could speed up your recovery and get you back to normal. It may be hard, but you will make it through. Be positive and you will turn out just fine.
